Just upgraded my storage 200 how do I proceed to apply d new app

You can't upgrade the storage space on an iPad. The only thing you can upgrade is the amount of iCloud storage space you have. That's space for back ups.
To make more room on your iPad, you'll need to delete things you don't use. Go to Settings>General>Storage & iCloud Usage>Storage and see what's taking up all the space,
